Braiding Our beautiful tools are handmade of oak, walnut, or other woods, such as purpleheart (dark with a purplish hue), padauk (reddish), shiduah (dark brown), and any others that we might find suitable or available. Designs may vary from those shown as they are hand-turned and finished. Lucets with handles are approximately 9" long x 3 1/4" wide. Lucets without handles are approximately 4 1/2" long x 3" wide.

Sewing Our awls assist sewing projects in many ways. Sizes vary between 4" and 5".
