Method of Payment
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express as well as
checks and money orders, for your convenience.
If you wish to pay by check or money order, please print your order form/confirmation
and send it along with your payment to: Hedgehog Handworks, PO Box 45384,
Westchester, CA 90045 Please note: Personal checks will delay shipment
of your order while your check clears. We do not offer C.O.D. terms.
In-stock items are generally shipped within 72 hours. Your credit card
will not be charged until your merchandise is shipped.
Shipping Information
We try to keep our shipping charges as reasonable as possible. These charges
include guaranteed delivery. If your order is damaged in shipment or doesn't
arrive at all, tell us and we'll take care of it.
Delivery
We normally ship via U.S. Postal Service or FedEx Ground, depending on
which is more suitable for your order. FedEx Ground does not require a
signature for residential deliveries. If you have alternate shipping requirements,
please let us know.
If you are in a hurry for your merchandise, we can arrange overnight or
2-Day shipping via Federal Express or Express Mail. There is an additional
fee based on weight and speed.
Express orders MUST be PHONED IN before Noon Pacific Time.
International Delivery
For international orders, please contact us for any additional fees for
airmail, international express mail, etc. Charges vary with the items
being shipped and their destination. We charge only what the shipper charges
us. Duties and applicable taxes on items shipped outside the U.S. are
the sole responsibility of the customer and are not a valid reason for refusing a shipment. If an international customer refuses a shipment due to customs fees or duties, and Hedgehog Handworks is required to pay for the return of the shipment, no refund of any kind will be due the customer. Please check your local customs regulations before ordering from us.
Returns
If an item is not as you expected or if it is defective, please let us
know and we will either make an exchange or refund your money. Items to
be returned must be in good, resellable condition (clean, packages unopened,
etc.). Before returning anything, please contact us for the return address.
Do not return items to the P.O. Box address!
Sales Tax
We must collect state sales tax of 9.75% on items shipped within Los Angeles
County and 8.25% on items shipped within California. In states other than
California, customers are responsible for compliance with any applicable
"use" taxes that may apply.
