This beautiful thread is a much finer weight than Soie Perlee; it is almost a hand-sewing weight. The high twist of this thread means the integrity of dimensional stitches is maintained the length of the working thread. This is the best thread I've found for couching real metal threads. 50 meter spool.

Made by Au Ver a Soie in France, the colors correspond to Soie Perlee colors but not the rest of the Au Ver a Soie line of threads. The color numbers actually follow no intelligent pattern.
